Booking Fees
Please be aware when booking an appointment you may be required to pay a non refundable booking fee. This secures your booking and will be added as credit to your account, this fee can not be refunded but can be moved to future appointments if you need to cancel (as long as you give sufficient notice
Contact info
It is the responsibility of you, the client, to inform me of any changes to contact details and to ensure I have the correct details. You will receive confirmation texts and emails so if your details are wrong and you don’t receive these and in turn this causes a no show then the fee for no shows will still apply
Late cancellations/No shows
I require at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation, if you cancel within this period you will lose any booking fee that has been paid and will need to pay a new one if you reschedule. If you fail to show to your appointment then I will be in contact to claim a no show fee, you will not be able to book any future appointment until this is paid. In the event of multiple no shows I will require full payment up front for future bookings and if you fail to show when full payment has been taken I reserve the right to retain this payment if I’m unable to fill the slot.
Arrival times
As I work from home I do ask that everyone arrives on time, I can not have clients waiting if you are early as I do not have a waiting area. If you know you are going to be late please let me know at your earliest convenience. I can usually allow a couple of minutes but please note if you are more than 15 minutes late I will most likely have to rebook your appointment or we will have to cut down the original service booked. In the event we need to reschedule due to lateness a late cancellation fee will apply or if less service is required due to lateness, the original cost will still apply. (If I am running behind I will always get in contact to notify you before your booking)
Patch testing
All colour services will require a new skin test every 6 months. Skin tests will take place at least 48 hours before each service, this will be logged on your client profile for me to keep track of. All new clients will be able to get a skin test at their free consultation appointment. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or if you have changed medication/been put on new medication then you will need a new skin test. Any client that hasn't been skin tested within the necessary time frame then the appointment can not go ahead and cancellation fee will apply.
No chemical services are able to be performed on children under 16 as per manufactures guidelines.
At your appointment
As I am based at home I unfortunately can not accept clients bringing anyone along to their appointments. I can not have children waiting for parents due to health and safety, there will be tools/chemicals around that are not safe for children and I can not risk any accidents (as per insurance policies).
